5.11 · The licensee shall ensure that any new individuals regularly present at the Afterschool Child Care Program submit a Records Check Authorization form to the Division prior to working with children in the Afterschool Child Care Program.

A program staff who was working alone with a child during this licensing visit had not completed the fingerprint process. The fingerprint letter to the program states this program staff cannot be left alone with children until they complete the fingerprint process which includes receiving the results. This program staff stated they have not gone to get fingerprinted as of July 14,22 and has been working since May 2022.
