At the beginning of morning snack, a child exited the preschool classroom and went into the empty older preschool classroom next door. Then they exited the older preschool classroom, went into the main hallway and then reentered the preschool classroom through the main door. Both staff supervising the children were not aware that the child had left the preschool classroom until the child reentered the room.
