Based on interviews with on-site staff, it was noted that Staff A has raised their voice and used an angry tone when interacting with children. Additionally, Staff A has been observed using physical interventions, such as quickly picking up a child or grabbing a child by the arm, even when the child was not in physical danger, instead of opting for non-physical interventions.
