6.2.1 · Maximum Capacity and Staffing in a registered FCCH The registered FCCP shall ensure that the registered FCCH shall not exceed the limits described in this section, including the charts below.
On 5/08/2023, the provider was providing care to seven (7) non-school age children; one (1) child was under the age of two, one(1) child was 2 years old, one(1) child was 3 years old, two (2) children were 4 years old and two (2) children were 5 years old.
