The BFIS Quality and Credential accounts for both substitutes, who have been employed for more than six(6) months, do not contain any of the required documents. Those documents include at least their High School Diploma or GED, First Aid and CPR certificates, mandated reporter training and orientation. Provider stated she was not aware that she needed to submit the substitute's documents, the providers BFIS account is up to date.

3.6.2.2 · The FCCP shall ensure that evacuation drills are conducted at least once a month, and children and staff are evacuated in less than three (3) minutes.
Provider was issued a license in June of 2022 and began caring for children in August of 2022. Provider did not have- an evacuation log and stated that drills were not practiced. The provider did not practice an evacuation drill in August, September and October.
