The emergency response plan is missing some required components, including a plan for reunification of children with their families in the aftermath of an emergency or natural disaster and continuity of operations. This was a violation at the last compliance visit on 5/1/2025, and Specific feedback about the plan has been sent to the provider. The provider did not produce an updated plan until contacted in January 2026 by Licensor Stark. The updated plan was forwarded to Licensor Rielly at the end of March 2026. The plan was still missing some information, and it looked as though it was due to a technology problem with the fillable form. Licensor Rielly followed up on 4/17/2026 and asked for the plan to be printed and then sent in PDF format. The provider sent the plan on 4/27/2026, but it was blank.
