On 02/12/2026 Staff X observed Child A exit the bathroom, bend over and pick something up off the floor. Staff X went to Child A, opened their hand and saw they were holding half of a white pill. The director asked the staff that worked in the classroom if anyone could identify the pill. Staff Y stated they took medication at 9:30 in the classroom bathroom, one of the pills was white and cut in half. Based on this information the half pill likely belonged to Staff Y and was accidently dropped on the floor. During the licensing visit this licensor observed two(2) staff member's bags sitting on a table, accessible to the Preschool children. One contained a supplement and the other an over the counter pain medication.
