1. Since 3/19/2025 through 4/11/2025, Child A (4 years old) had over 35 documented behavioral incidents involving other children in the room to include: Spitting on other children, hitting and punching the children, using profanity, exposing their private area to the children, making gun hand gestures toward other children, pulling other children?s hair and calling them names. 2. The center failed to provide the protection needed to the children in the classroom as a result of child A's behaviors.
