8VAC20-780-540-B · Based on interview with staff it was determined that items required in the first aid kit were not always easily accessible to staff. Evidence: The staff person in charge was not able to produce the radio and flashlight for the Licensing Inspector (LI) to observe. The director who was not on site during the inspection produced pictures of the flashlight and radio after the inspection was complete. Due to the fact that the flashlight and radio were not able to be located by staff on site during the inspection, those items were not easily accessible as required by the standard.
