Interview with staff 7 confirmed that the policy does not allow infants sleeping on Boppy pillows or having blankets. 2. In the Kind Koalas infant room, a three month old infant was observed sleeping on the floor on a Bobby pillow with a security blanket over the infants face.

Staff 1 stated she saw the children squeeze through the fence and immediately asked for help from coworkers to go get the children. They did not look over the fence and watch the children until someone was able to get to the them.
