The center had two children Child #1 and Child #5, who attended the center when they were less than 2 years 6 months old. Child #1 started attending the center on 8-28-2023 and they were age 2 and 1 month old and Child #5 started attending on 7-11-2023 and they were 23 months old. The center operated outside the terms of their license by providing care for children under age 2 years 6 months.
