Staff #7, who has been working for more than 5 months, did not have the results of a sex offender check and a child abuse and neglect search for one state where they had lived in the last five years. 3. Staff #9, who has been working for more than 5 months, did not have the results of a sex offender check and a child abuse and neglect search for one state where they had lived in the last five years.

Evidence: Center Staff in the 3 year old room verified the children use hand sanitizer before eating and not always do they wash their hands which is a required established procedure that is to be implemented.
