Child #1, 2 years old, ran through two doors located inside of the building, which led him outside of the facility. In video footage reviewed, you can see Child #1 run out the door and up the sidewalk, before getting into the main road with oncoming traffic in both directions. Staff can be seen coming out of the door, chasing the child up the sidewalk, and retrieving him from the road.
