Evidence: The children's coats and belongs placed on the steps leading to the upstairs classrooms upon their return inside from recess, creating a tripping hazard. The upstairs bathroom was not clean. The door knob to the half-door of the closet in the 4's classroom was broken and inoperable. The vents in the infant room had a great deal of debris and cobwebs on them.
