Unsafe conditions shall include, but not be limited to; splintered, cracked, or otherwise deteriorating wood and protruding nails, bolts, or other components that could entangle or could snag skin.

There were 4 fence boards that have pulled away from the supports revealing protruding nails. Another fence slat was broken off at the bottom. There was a splintering section of wood at the base of the fence to the left of the yard. The wooden cover over the utility bin has dry rotted. The top support bar for the swings is rotting.
