Evidence: 1) The two year old classroom has four bottles of cleaning material unlocked in a cabinet. 2) The six week to nine month old classroom has three bottles of cleaning material unlocked in a cabinet. 3) The nine month old to one year old classroom has six bottle of cleaning material unlocked in a cabinet. 4) The center director confirmed there were hazardous substances present that were not kept in a locked place.
