Staff #2 retrieved the group of children from Staff #1 and took the children to their assigned classroom. Face to name transition is required to be done once the children arrive in their classroom; however, it was not completed. An electronic bus procedure sign-off form, which has procedures to double check the bus and take photos of the inside of the bus, was also not completed.
