1 ? Throughout the building the floors have areas of grim, dust, paint; dried and dust particles. These areas make the floors appear unclean. 2 ? Due to renovation throughout the building there is a thin layer of dust on tables, counter tops and cabinet fronts and chairs. 3 ? Replacement windows have unfinished seals and sills within reach of children. 4 ? In the 3 year-old-room there is a plastic garbage bag covering a styrofoam casing, behind the toilet and within reach of children. The styrofoam is intended to fill the space between the toilet back and the wall to prevent breakage. However, this set poses an unsafe condition. 5 ?
