The bathroom in the 3 year-old room had peeling paint on the wall and missing tiles at the base of the wall with jagged edges. Some of the other tiles were loose. In the Discovery Preschool room the windowsill's black paint was peeling and chipped, the plastic edging on one of the toy shelves and teacher cabinet were broken in areas and has sharp edges and there was peeling paint on the door fames. the bathroom in this same classroom had an open box of rubber gloves and a stack of plastic bags on the floor, in reach of children. Both bathrooms in the Pre-Kindegarten room had cracks in the floor tile with debris and rust, where screws were used.
