    Evidence: 1 - In the bathroom used by children in care there were many containers of personal care products including items that indicate keep out of reach of children on the label. The cabinet sits on the floor in the bathroom. The cabinet was unlocked and therefore accessible to children in care. 2 - Children were observed accessing the bathroom during the inspection. 3 - The provider confirmed the items stored in the lower cabinet were accessible to children in care.
