Staff #1 (owner) and Staff #2 (program director) confirmed that a letter was given to a parent of Child #1 informing them that the parent was banned from the school?s property. 3 ? The parent of Child #1 confirmed that on June 13, 2023, they had received a written notice that they would not be permitted on the school premises even when their child was in care.

Evidence: 1. There is more than 3 hours between breakfast and lunch for children who concurrently attend the before school program and full day preschool. a. The written schedule for the morning extended day program indicates that breakfast is required to be completed by 8:00 am. b. Children who move into the preschool classes do not eat lunch until between 12:00 - 12:30 pm according to the written daily schedule. 2. The program director confirmed that breakfast was offered between 7:00am and 8:00 am and that children did not eat lunch until 11:30 am - 12:00 pm.
