Based on interviews with staff and the review of photographic evidence, the center failed to ensure that actions towards children that are forbidden by the standards (physical punishment, striking a child, roughly handling or shaking a child) were not used at the center. Evidence: During the review of photographic evidence, Staff 1 confirmed that the bruising that can be seen in the photograph on the arm of Child 1 was made by them on 04/09/2024. Staff 1 stated that the bruise was the result of holding Child 1?s arm in an attempt to keep Child 1 from hurting themselves.
