On the small playground, the large wooden structure had split and splintering wood in the boarder along the top frame. On the large playground, the wooden table structure had broken and splintering wood, the large wooden play structure had three nail heads popping on the boards closest to the ground. The steel circular bicycle equipment was missing one pedal on two of the bicycles.

Evidence: 1) On the Toddler playground, the wooden play structure had a sharp protruding nail pointing downward on the back of a plank of wood on the play structure facing outward. 2) On the Toddler playground, the wooden play structure had a broken and splintering plank of wood on the walking bridge facing outward. 3) On the Toddler playground, the wooden deck had two planks of wood that were unlevel. 4) On the Preschool playground, the wooden stage structure had splintering planks of wood on the handrail surface and a wooden beam that was not secured to the structure. 5) On the Preschool playground, one foot pedal was missing from the circular tricycle bike. 6) On the Preschool playground, the green slide in the middle of the playground had three protruding screws on the sides connecting the slide to the wooden structure. 7) On the wooden fence near the hill, two sharp protruding nails pointing sideways were exposed on a plank of wood. 8) On the outside play area near the barn, two out of Seven Cozy Coup cars had broken pieces exposing sharp pieces of plastic. 9) In the Polly Wog classroom, the play kitchen was missing a knob on the oven, exposing sharp plastic.
