Evidence: 1. On the playground, there was a Little Tikes car that had a 5-inch crack on the hood of the car which poses as a pinching hazard to the children in care 2. On the playground, the children?s chair rocker seat had an approximately 3-inch crack between the handlebars which poses as in injury and pinching hazard to the children in care. 3. In the preschool classroom, there was a broken plastic storage bin in the free play area that was crack approximately 1 inch. This poses as a pinching and injury hazard to the children.
