Evidence: 1) Between approximately 4:30-5:00pm on 12/21/2023, in the school age classroom, staff #1 was observed sitting at a desk scrolling on their phone while child #1 (age 8) and child #2 (age 10) were inappropriately touching each other. 2) The children were observed on the rug laying close to each other, and moving, while under their coats and a blanket for approximately 20-25 minutes. 3) When staff #1 finally intervened, both children were observed to have their pants down. 4) Staff stated that they intervened as soon as they realized there was inappropriate behavior.
