Evidence: 1. During observations of a classroom, Staff #2 was observed to verbally prompt Child #1 by saying " Didn't I say turn around?" to sit correctly in their chair. Staff #2 forcefully grabbed Child #2's shoulders and arms to move Child #1 correctly in the chair. Staff #2 then proceeded to lift the chair while Child #1 was still sitting in it, and carry them to another area in the room. The chair was lifted about 2 feet off the ground. 2. Video footage was taken during this incident in the classroom and the Director and Assistant Director observed the forbidden actions of Staff #1.
