Evidence: Upon arrival, an 11 month old infant (child #1) was observed sleeping in a car seat. in the room with the licensee. The license stated that child #1's parent requested that child #1not sleep in a crib while in care and that child #1 does not sleep in a crib at home. The car seat sits in a mobile rolling frame and the licensee had the infant in close proximity and ensures child #1 remains in sight and sound supervision while she is sleeping. The licensee confirmed that there is not an available crib in the home and has not been since child #1 enrolled 10/23/2023.
