This child was one of the two children that were not within Staff #1's sight supervision.

Both staff are required to document the verification in a daily report. 4. The video footage on 08/14/2023 and 08/15/2023 showed Staff #1 giving an infant bottle to Child #1 without verifying that the infant bottle was the correct bottle.
