On April 27, 2026, staff were maneuvering a four-seater stroller containing four infants ranging in age from 9 weeks to 12 months back into the center. The porch was too small for the center doors to swing open while the stroller was on the deck and as the stroller wheels were not locked, the stroller rolled forward and tumbled down four stairs with the infants strapped inside. All four infants had skin abrasions and were taken to their doctor's office to be evaluated.
