In the pre-k classroom, cough drops were observed on the counter within reach of children. 2. In the pre-k classroom, a large container of hand sanitizer was observed in an unlocked cabinet under the sink, within reach of children. 3. The playground used by the pre-k class contains metal climbing equipment that has rusted and the S-hooks on the swings were open more than the thickness of a penny.
