Evidence: The center?s policy on cell phone use states, ?Employees may us their cellular phones in a non-disruptive manner during rest time, when all students are asleep.? In April of 2024 a staff member, in the toddler class, was observed using a multimedia messaging app during rest time. The staff member was sitting on the floor with their legs across the back of a child, actively using their cell phone while children were off their cots and walking around the classroom.
