On 04/02/25, Child #1, 16-month-old, was served and allowed to eat whole corn dog nuggets without them being cut into smaller, age-appropriate pieces. It was determined that Child #1 was given a warmed bottle with breast milk at approximately 4:20pm on 10/03/24. Child #1 did not consume the bottle right away. The parent arrived for the child, staff reported that they went back into the classroom and put the bottle back in the warmer. The bottle was reheated approximately 30 minutes after the first time the bottle was warmed.
