The record for staff #9 contained a Sworn Disclosure Statement dated 8/22/2023 that indicated that staff #9 resided in Texas within the previous five year period. The record for staff #9 did not contain a sex offender registry check, and a criminal record from Texas. The record for staff #10, contained a Sworn Disclosure Statement dated 9/20/2022 that indicated that staff #10 resided in Georgia within the previous five year period.
