    Based on interview, the center failed to ensure for each group of children, the center shall maintain a written record of daily attendance that documented the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. Evidence: 1. In classroom #1, there were 7 children present and only 6 children written on the attendance sheet. 2. In classroom #6, there were 8 children signed in on the tadpoles app and 14 children written in on the attendance sheet. There were 16 children present in the classroom at the time of the inspection on 7/8/2024.

    Evidence: Per the transportation procedure in the parent handbook, children are assisted on and off the bus and are never left unattended. On 2/2/2024, Child 1 (age 5 years) was not assisted off the center bus and left alone and unsupervised on the center bus for approximately 2 hours.
