Evidence: Caregiver 1 stated that at approximately 12:15 pm on 12/21/2023 she heard Child 1 (age 2 years) begin to cry while in the bathroom with Caregiver 2. Caregiver 1 stated that she went into the bathroom to check on Child 1 and noticed that the child?s face was a little red. Caregiver 1 asked Child 1 if something was hurting, and Child 1 proceeded to point to their face. When asked what happened to Child 1?s face, Caregiver 2 stated that she put her hands on Child 1?s face (one on each side) to turn the child?s face to look at her. The rough handling of Child 1 by Staff 2 resulted in red marks on the child?s face.
