Staff 1 confirmed that Staff 3 is not currently qualified to be a program leader. 2. Throughout the inspection, the two- and three-year-olds were with Staff 2 and 4. The records for staff 2 and 4 have no documentation to show they are qualified to be program leaders. Staff 1 was unable to show any training documentation to show these staff people were qualified.
