On 10/10/2025, Staff 1 did not provide appropriate and constructive behavioral guidance to Child 1 (age 3) when correcting their behavior. Staff 1 lifted the child up to the staff?s eye level and verbally corrected the child with a stern voice. The child cried after the interaction.
