On 03/25/2026 S1 was observed, by classroom monitoring system, to redirect C1 in a verbally aggressive manner for misbehavior such that the C1 had a toileting accident. C1 was observed to be crying and S1 continued to speak harshly to the child, threating to call the child?s parent, and then verbally chastising the child for the toileting accident.
