On June 5, 2025, staff found half of a capsule pill on the floor in the downstairs playroom. Staff observed a preschool child playing with something and then noticed a powdery substance on the child?s shirt. Unsure if the child ingested any of the pill, staff contacted 911 and the child was deemed to be safe. In a written statement, Staff 1 stated "I didn't realize the pill fell out of my bag."
