Evidence: During the inspection of six staff records and an interview with the center representative, it was discovered there were no staff that received training in daily health screenings within the past three years. Religious exempt requirements stipulate that a staff should be able to conduct a daily simple health screening and exclusion of sick children by a person trained to perform such screenings. Daily health screenings should be completed every three years.
