Outside on the playground?s fence, a piece of the fence?s board was loose, exposing a sharp edge of a metal box. A protruding nail was observed in the same area that could entangle clothing or snag skin. Children were observed playing in the area. 4. Leadership acknowledged the building maintenance areas and equipment that needed repair.
