Evidence: 1. In a twos/three year old classroom, 6 cannisters of disinfectant wipes were observed in an unlocked closet. The wipes contained warnings to include caution and hazards to humans and domestic animals. In a five year old classroom, a can of cleaning product called Goof Off was observed in an unlocked cabinet. The can contained the warnings flammable and harmful or fatal if swallowed. 2. Administration acknowledged that the hazardous substances were not locked.
