Religious exempt requirements stipulate that a staff should be able to conduct a daily simple health screening and exclusion of sick children by a person trained to perform such screenings. Daily health screenings should be completed every three years. The center representative stated that there were no staff who had documentation of a Daily Health screening certificate dated after 11/2/2017.
