On 6/5/2026 Child #1 (age 7), was out of sight and sound supervision for approximately less than one minute. Child #1 left the classroom and entered the cafeteria across the hallway. Staff #1 and Staff#2 immediately noticed child #1 left the room and within approximately 30 seconds went into the cafeteria to bring them back to the classroom to wait for their teacher to pick them up when that did not happen Staff #1 took the child to the classroom..
