Evidence: 1. The toddler classroom's rest period is documented on their daily schedule as 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. However, on June 13, 2024, 7 out of 10 students exceeded the two-hour rest period. 2. According to a staff member, the rest period on June 13, 2024, began between 11:30 am and 11:45 am and ended at 3 pm, when Staff #1 arrived. 3. A staff member stated that the reason for the earlier rest period is that lunch is now served earlier.
