On the days during which Child #2 was provided outdoor activity, Child #2 was not provided outdoor activity for the minimum amount of one hour per day. Staff reported outdoor activity "doesn't happen every day, happens when we can." Staff reported that days children do not go outside often happen due to lesson plans taking longer than the time allotted and the classroom missing their designated time to use the playground.
