In room 2 there was: -A broken register cover -A missing electrical outlet cover -White electrical panel cover was not secured 3. In room 3 and the adjoining restroom there was: -1/4" gap between the electrical outlet and the cover in the rest room -Bubbling/peeling vinyl flooring in the restroom -1/4"gap between the electrical outlet and the cover in the classroom 4. Room 4 is currently being utilized for storage but will be required to be cleared before used for childcare. 5. In room 5 there was: -Frayed carpet -The transition strip at the entrance to class was not secure 6. The refrigerator and microwave in the foyer was not leveled or anchored and rocked when touched. 7. Director confirmed that these issues were present during this inspection.
