Evidence: A two year old child was left unattended outside on the fenced in playground on 10/25/23 at approximately 11:09am. Staff gathered the group of children to head inside to the classroom at approximately 11:09am. Staff did not know the child did not come in with the group until a head count was completed at approximately 11:10am in the classroom. Staff immediately went back outside and found the child playing. The child was unattended for approximately 2 minutes. The staff were not able to ensure the child's care, protection, and guidance during this period of time.
