Interviews revealed the burn is believed to be a result of the hot water from the bottle warmer dripping off the bottle onto the child?s leg as staff noticed the child's pants leg was wet and did not change the child, nor further investigate. The water temperature in the bottle warmer measured as high as 211 degrees Fahrenheit.
