Peeling paint was observed in areas throughout the center, accessible to children. In the infant I room, peeling paint was observed in the windowsill. In the infant II room, peeling paint was observed in the windowsill. In the blue room peeling paint was observed in the windowsills. 2. The center?s bus used to transport children had an area in the back of a seat that was ripped and torn. 3. In the infant II classroom, there was a infant mattress inside a crib that was torn and exposing the inside material.
